1 qt. apple cider
1 pt. cranberry juice
1 c. orange juice
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. whole allspice
3 cinnamon sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the liquids in a 20 to 30 cup percolator and stir.
Put the sugar and spices in the percolator basket.
Allow the percolator to go through it's cycle.
Serve hot.

(This recipe can be scaled down to fit a smaller percolator.)

We have often served this on Thanksgiving night to usher in the Christmas season. In a perfect world I would serve it with Christmas cookies while we decorate the Christmas tree. Our world is not perfect however, and we have only done that once.
