Ingredients:  
1 C unsalted butter
2 C brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
1 Tsp soda
1 tsp salt
3 C quick oats

Choc mixture
2 C choc Chips
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 T butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 C chopped pecans optional
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar
beat in eggs & 2 tsp vanilla
stir in flour, soda & salt
stir in oats
pat 2/3's of this mixture in jelly roll pan (parchment lined)
reserve for topping

Over low heat in small saucepan combine
choc chips, condensed milk,butter & 1/4tsp salt
stir until smooth & melted, remove from heat add 1 tsp vanilla & pecans
pour chocolate over cookie mixture in jelly roll pan

dot remaining cookie mixture over choc
Bake 350º aprox 25 minutes
