1 lb. mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
3 crab sticks (sliced)or 1 can lump crab (drained)
salad shrimp ( I used 1 bag of small shrimp-cooked)
1 jar pimento (drained)
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained) - optional

white sauce
4 tbsp butter and 4 tbsp flour, 2 cup milk and 1 cup 1/2 and 1/2.

1 tsp seafood seasoning (old bay)
salt and pepper to taste

top with
Panko bread crumbs mixed with 1 tbsp butter, fresh parmesan cheese

Sauté mushrooms in butter until tender
Add crab, shrimp, pimento & water chestnuts and cook over medium heat a few minutes, to warm.
Make the white sauce and cook until starting to thicken.
Pour into mushroom mixture.
Add old bay seafood seasoning, salt and pepper to mixture.
Divide into shells and top with Panko crumbs mixed with butter and parmesan cheese.
Bake 350* 30 min or until bubbles in the middle.
