1/4 c shortening
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 c milk
1 pint blueberries
Topping:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Make the batter, place in 8X8 greased pan. Cover the top with one even layer of blueberries, about 1 pint. In separate bowl, melt butter and add topping ingredients. Use pastry cutter until finely crumbled (pea sized). Crumble topping evenly over blueberries. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
