Eggs 6-8~

(or more, adjust pot so not to crowd eggs, have lid available)

Directions:
Directions:
1. 3 qt pan with lid, place eggs in in pot
2. Run under cold water just to cover eggs,
3. Bring just to a boil~ uncovered. Too much cooking turns yolks green.
4. Immediately remove from heat, cover pan, and let stand 20 minutes.
6. Drain, run under cold water, and peel right away.
Perfect eggs every time...
Ready for anything!
