Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can milnot
grease from frying meat or 3 -4 tablspoons of Crisco
milk 1/2 gallon or so.
1/2 cup flour or so
1 pound maple sausage
salt pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry your sausage in skillet - take out and put in bowl. If you don't have very much fat in your pan - add the Crisco - you want the entire bottom of skillet to be covered with oil. Heat up the oil and take your flour and a whisk and slowly add flour while whisking it until it becomes pretty thick - then add the 1 can of milnot and whisking it and then let it come to boil then add enough milk to fill the skillet to almost the top --- keep whisking it to mix it real good and until it becomes thick --- I then add salt and pepper and add the cooked sausage back to the skillet and stir.
