1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
3/4 Wesson Oil
1 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup ground carrots.
FROSTING:
3 oz cream cheese
6 TBLS butter
1 box powder sugar
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Cream together sugar, eggs and oil. Add flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and carrots. Beat well. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 30 min.
FROSTING: bEAT UNTIL SMOOTH AND FROST WHEN COOL.
