3 pounds porkloin
1 apple, sliced
3 T honey
2 T cinnamon
1 yellow onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Slice slits into the porkloin horizontally about 3/4 through the meat.
Place porkloin into the slow cooker.
Fill each slit with an apple slice.
Drizzle with honey over top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Layer onions over the top.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
