Ingredients:
Ingredients:
English muffins (we use whole wheat)
Eggs (1 per sandwich)
Canadian bacon slices (1 or 2 per sandwich- or you can use other breakfast meats)
Cheese slices (1 slice per sandwich- we usually use cheddar)
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
If you're making more than one sandwich, you want to have the toaster going the whole time you're cooking the eggs and meat so the eggs don't get cold before the english muffins are all done.

1. Toast english muffins.

2. Put cheese slices on muffins as they're done.

3. Cook eggs; You can fry them (cook yolk as much as you'd like), or you can scramble them and cook them all in a pan like a big flat omelet, and then just cut the omelet into as many pieces as you want sandwiches.

4. Once eggs are cooked, remove from pan (put on English muffins if they're ready). Put canadian bacon slices in pan and cook them for a minute or so on each side (until they start to get brown). Put 1 or 2 slices on sandwich.

5. Finish assembling sandwiches. Serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These are one of my favorite breakfast foods because I don't like really sweet foods or cold foods (like most breakfast foods) so early in the morning.
