1 C unsalted butter
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 C peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda 1 C quick oats
1 1/2 C m&ms
1 C choc chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, brown sugar and sugar until creamy. Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla in that order mixing after each addition.
Add all purpose flour, salt, baking soda and mix to combine.
Next add oats, candy and chocolate chips and mix with a spatula. Roll into balls (about 1.5 tbsp size dough) and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top with candy and chocolate chips if needed.
Bake at 350F for 9 - 10 min. They will not spread and you have to press with the back of a spoon or spatula to flatten them. They will look undone, but do not bake longer. They harden on cooling.
