'Excellent for your salad bar!'

Sliced carrots
Tomato soup
Wesson oil
Cider vinegar
Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Bermuda onion

Directions:
Directions:
About 4 cups (or 5) of sliced carrots
Boil until tender crisp.
1 Bermuda onion thinly sliced
Cool carrots and place in bowl with onions, set aside.

Mix together:
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2/3 cup of cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup wesson oil
- 1 cup sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Add:
The carrots and onions to the above mixture. Mix gently. When serving lift out of marinade with slotted spoon to serve or you can serve it in marinade, I do.
