3 C flour
3/4 C sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 C cold butter
2 T cold water
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine dry ingredients
cut in butter until coarse crumbs
stir in water & almond extract until forms a ball
on a lightly flour surface roll to 1/4 inch
cut out with cookie cutter & place on baking sheet cover & chill 20-30 minutes
Bake ar 325º 15-18 minutes or until edges are lightly brown
cool 2 minutes on sheet & remove to cooling rack
frost with desired icing
