1 box (12) manicotti shells (cook el dente)
1 lb. ground chuck
8 oz. Italian sweet sausage
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. onion salt
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck & sausage, add Italian seasoning and onion salt. Mix in the rest of the ingredients (besides the sauce) and stuff manicotti shells. Cover bottom of baking dish with a thin layer of sauce. Place stuffed shells in dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until heated through. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese last 10 minutes of baking.
