1 pack wonton wrappers
1 lb. spicy sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. ranch dressing
1 large can black olives, sliced
1/2 c. red pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Scrunch wonton wrappers into miniature muffin tins to make a small cup. Bake until very lightly golden. Remove and cool. This can be done ahead of time. Once cooled they can be loosely stored in an airtight container.

Combine other ingredients in a bowl and then fill cups with the mixture, Bake at 350º for 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with hot sauce on the side.

Can work with this depending on what people like or dislike. I've sometimes also added a small amount of finely chopped green onion and also left out the red pepper.
