1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1/2 c. Parmesan/Romano/Asagio cheese mix
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small jalapeno, finely minced (optional)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
paprika

Directions:

Rinse and drain artichoke hearts, then remove and discard fuzzy chokes. Chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients (except paprika). Put in dish and dust lightly with paprika. Bake in preheated 325º oven for 25 minutes and serve hot
