5-6 lb.Beef Brisket
3 T liquid smoke
3 t garlic powder
3 t onion salt
3 t celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle with each spice, cover with foil and marinate overnight in refrigerator. The next morning, sprinkle with black pepper, 3 T. Worcestershire sauce. Close foil tightly and bake 6-7 hours (or until done) at 275. Drain the grease. Cool and slice. Add barbecue sauce and return to oven for 1 hour. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.
