2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. butter
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
3 - 4 c. flour (to make a stiff dough)
1 c. dates, put through a food chopper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and form into a roll, place on waxed paper and let stand overnight in a cool place. Cut in 1/8-inch slices and bake in quick oven. These rolls will keep nicely in refrigerator and may be baked as needed.
