1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 eggs
3 T. melted butter
9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients except pecans on medium speed for about 30 seconds. Don't overbeat.

Stir in pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350º for an hour.

When cool, top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.

I usually bake it at 325º and it it's browning too fast, I turn it down to 275º.
