1 - 9 inch deep dish pie crust, thawed
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c chopped ham
1/4 c yellow onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Toss together the cheese, ham and onions. Spoon into the pie shell. Whisk together the remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over the ham and cheese mixture. Bake 40- 45 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
