2 lbs. ground venison
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. Everglades Seasoning
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 egg
3 slices wet bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients with ground venison. Mix thoroughly. Form into patties.
Bake at 350º, 20 - 25 minutes. Flip once.
