6 assorted peppers
capers
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and poke holes in the peppers. Place them on a cookie sheet. 20 minutes at 425. Turn over and give the peppers another 25 minutes. Let cool. Peel and remove seeds and stems. Add garlic, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, and oregano. Let sit.
