4 cups fresh basil leaves
½ cup toasted pine nuts
2 garlic gloves
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, pulse the basil, pine nuts, garlic, salt, and pepper until finely chopped. While the processor is running, gradually add enough oil to form a runny consistency. Transfer pesto to a medium bowl and stir in cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
