1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter (I used creamy)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Preheat oven to 350º. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silpats.

In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt until combined. Set aside.

In a large bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Add the egg and mix until combined. Mix until fluffy and light, around 3 minutes.

Then add dry mixture to wet mixture. Stir together just until the dry ingredients are incorporated. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of the mini peanut butter cups.

Using a cookie scoop, place dough balls on lined cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are light brown.
