4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbs olive oil
1 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 c sliced, fresh mushrooms
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley (1 tbs dried flakes)
1/2 c dry Marsala wine (or chicken broth)
Hot Cooked Pasta, if desired

!. Flatten each chicken breast to about 1/4" thickness
2. In shallow dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat chicken with flour mixture; shake off excess flour.
4. In 10" skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook garlic, mushrooms and parsley in oil for 5"
stirring frequently.
5. Add chicken to skillet. Cook about 6," turning once, until brown.
6. Add wine.Cook 6 - 10" or until chicken is no longer pink.
7. Serve with pasta.
