2 lbs. venison, any cuts
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt & pepper or Everglades Seasoning
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Use tenderizing hammer. Season venison. Mix egg & milk in bowl. Dip seasoned
venison slices into egg mixture, remove and roll into flour & bread crumbs mixture.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towel.
