Lasagna
1 box lasagna noodles, cooked but not completely done, drain, set aside

Sauce:
1 ½ pounds ground beef, browned with onion
3 quarts Ragu spaghetti sauce
3 small cans tomato sauce
1 TBSP sugar
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
I add Spatini but you can only buy this on line
Add your favorite Italian seasoning

Cheese;
1 quart and 1 pint of cottage cheese
2-3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
Salt and pepper
½ + cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in pan
Spread a little sauce on the bottom
Layer of noodles
Spoon cheeses on top, I put about 5 dollops and then spread sauce on top while spreading cheeses over noodles
Layer of sauce, noodles, cheese and so on
It makes 3 or 4 layers
Make sure you have enough sauce to cover top

Cover with foil
Bake 350 for 2 hours
Take cover off the last ½ hour

You can use a regular lasagna pan or use a 13x9 pan . If you use a 13x9 there will be enough to also make a small casserole dish
