1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
4 5 oz. Paper or Plastic Cups
4 Pop Sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and lemon juice in blender; blend until smooth. Pour mixture in cups. Cover top of each cup with small piece of foil. Freeze for 2 hours. Insert sticks through center of foil down to bottom. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. To serve, remove foil and feel away paper cups or gently twist frozen pops out of plastic cups.
