2 ea Serrano chili
2 ea jalapeno
1 bunch green onion
1 bunch cilantro
5 ea California chili
cider vinegar
5 ea garlic
2 ea 5 oz cans tomato paste
tt salt
tt pepper
an water
2 C white wine
5 lbs beef roast (or what ever will fit in your crock pot)

Directions:
Directions:
roast the Serrano and jalapeno in the over
take first  11  ingredients  and  blend  to make  a  paste  add water  as
need
in  your  crock  pot mix the wine with the  paste  add  beef  cook  on
low over night
put in fridge to cool
once fat cap has formed remove it save for a roux
shred beef and add back to the remaining liquid
can be frozen for later use
