2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold in sugar, pecans and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Put in oven. Turn off heat and leave in oven
(undisturbed) for at least 2 hours and up to overnight, or until cookies are crisp and dry.
