10 pickling cucumber or 3 medium cucumber sliced thinly
1 tsp salt divided
2 cups white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1/2 c lemon juice
3 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp celery seed
1 tsp pepper
2 med onion halved and thinly sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers in colander sprinkle with 1 tsp of salt let stand at room temp for 30 min drain. In a small bowl whisk vinegar,sugar,lemon juice,celery seeds, pepper and remaining 1 tsp salt until blended. Put dressing over cucumbers mixtures .toss. Put in fridge for 2 hrs
