2 T Butter
2 t oil
2 chicken breasts
1 T mayonnaise
1 T Dijon mustard
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices ham
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Trim and fillet the two chicken breasts and salt and pepper them. Fry them in the oil and butter in a large frying pan until golden on the outside. Place them on a baking sheet that's been sprayed with cooking spray. Mix together in a small bowl the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread over the chicken fillets. Cover each fillet with two slices of ham, and then two slices of Swiss cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
