2 Lbs. Ziti Pasta - Uncooked
2 Lbs. Ricotta Cheese
3 Ounces Romano Cheese
3 Cups Garlic & Onion Tomato Sauce (Hunt's Brand is very good)
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
1½ Lbs Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F.
Cook ziti according to package directions, then drain ziti well, but do not rinse off under water. Combine ricotta and romano cheeses, tomato sauce, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Gently combine cooked ziti with cheese/sauce mixture. This will fill two 9x13x2"
pans; spread evenly between the two pans. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake until mozzarella is thoroughly melted (about 12-15 minutes). Serve with garlic bread or additional sauce if desired.

Note: I'd recommend cutting the recipe in half if you alone will be eating it, as this recipe doesn't freeze well. If you are taking it to a get together, make the full recipe.
