1 1/2 lb. flank steak trimmed
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup dry red wine
1/2 inch fresh ginger, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 large garlic glove, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and add to flank steak. Marinate for a couple hours or up to two days. Grill for approximately 8 to10 minutes on each side.
