12 slices white bread
1 lb. package breakfast sausage
10 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º.

Spray a 13x9 pan with nonstick coating.

Cube bread (crust and all) and spread evenly over bottom.

Fry sausage, making sure to break into crumbles. Drain well. Cool and spread over bread. Sprinkle cheese evenly over bread and sausage.

Mix eggs, milk, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour over ingredients in pan.

Cover and chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15-30 minutes before baking. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350º or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
