1 1lb can cream style corn
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Bisquick
1 egg, beaten
3 tbs chopped onion sauteed in 2 tbs of melted butter
2 tbs sugar (optional)
1/2 cup milk
1 14oz can of green chilies, sliced
1/2 lb Monterrey Jack cheese, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine corn, Bisquick, egg, butter, sugar, and milk. Mix well. Turn half of the batter into a well greased 8x8 glass baking dish. Cover with chilies, then slices of cheese. Spread remaining batter over the cheese. Bake at 400º for 45 minutes until brown.
