2 loaves bread (dried out)
1 small pan of cornbread
2 pkgs of gizzards
1 pkg of livers
4 onions (good sized)
2 potatoes
7 sticks of celery
Dash of oatmeal
15 eggs
Parsley
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Apples (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble dry bread and cornbread and combine in a large bowl.

Add milk till the bread/cornbread can’t absorb any more.

Grind gizzards, livers, onions and potatoes.

Add oatmeal, eggs, apples, potatoes, celery and parsley to bread/milk mixture.

Add browned gizzards, livers and onions.

Cook over open flame for 20 minutes or until done.
