Taco Purses Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
36 wonton wrappers
36 tortilla chips
2 cups cheddar cheese
Sour cream, diced tomatoes, cilantro, onion (optional toppings)

Preheat oven to 375. Spray 18 muffin cups with cooking spray.
Brown beef in a skillet and drain the fat. Add the taco seasoning mix and water.
Place one wanton wrapper in the bottom of each muffin cup. Layer about 1 tablespoon of refried bean on top of each wonton.
Crush on tortilla chip on top of the beans.
Top with 1 tablespoon taco mean and 1 tablespoon shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from tin and top with your favorite toppings.
