1 cup powder sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 TBSP cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk (1%)
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place the sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt in a small saucepan and whisk to combine. Gradually whisk in milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Place over medium heat and cook, often until thickened.

Pass mixture through a fine wire mesh strainer, and into a airtight container.

Refrigerate for an hour, or until completely cooled.

Place the cooled mixture into a large mixing bowl, along with lemon juice, and vanilla, and whip on high speed.

Whip in the cream cheese, a TBSP at a time.
Whip in butter, a TBSP at a time, until fluffy.

Transfer to a airtight container and chill till ready to use.
