1 large onion chopped
3 cans chicken broth
3 C. cooked diced chicken
6-8 cloves garlic, minced
3 cans white beans
1 tsp cayenne pepper
7 oz. canned green chilies chopped
4 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
3 C. Monterrey jack cheese
1 C. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot combine beans, onions and broth. Simmer covered 10 minutes. Add cooked chicken and simmer 30 min. Add seasonings, garlic and chilies. Simmer 30 minutes more. Remove from heat and add cheese and sour cream.
We eat with Fritos scoops :)
