2 Lbs. Lean Ground Beef
1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1½ Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
⅓ Cup Ketchup
¾ Cup water








Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Brown hamburger meat and drain off any fat.
Mix all ingredients together and form into loaf pan. Cook for 45-50 minutes.
Add additional ketchup on top and bake for another 5 minutes.

This meatloaf is very moist and very good. I don't remember where this recipe came from. I have had it for a long time. If you want to change the flavor or kick it up a notch, you can add other seasonings to the meat mixture (i.e. Italian Seasoning or Cajun Seasoning) or, instead of topping the meatloaf with ketchup, top it with salsa.
