1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
6 whole eggs
1 12oz box of vanilla wafers
1/2 cup cream
1 7oz package of flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar & beat until smooth.
Add one egg at a time beating after each egg is added.
Add cream, pecans and coconut. VERY LAST add wafers.
Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
