2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, eggs and banana. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined. Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 4 loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan; cool on a wire rack.
