1 head lettuce torn in small pieces
1 can Ranch style beans, rinsed and drained
Chopped green onion
2 tomatoes, diced
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. regular Fritos (I prefer the small size Fritos)
1 small bottle Catalina salad dressing (can use fat-free or reduced-fat variety)

You can make salad ahead of time, except don't add Fritos and dressing until just before serving.

You can double the ingredients, depending on the size crowd you are expecting.
