1 whole chicken or large package of thighs
1 large onion, chopped
10 garlic cloves
1/2 T coarse ground pepper
1/2 T regular salt
1-2 cans chicken broth ( if needed)
1 large bag wide egg noodles
1 large bell pepper cut into small pieces
Salt to taste.
Paprika to taste.
6 oz. sour cream (add before eating)

Directions:
One day before, cook whole chicken in wine, with the onion, garlic, pepper and salt. After cooling debone the chicken and set aside.

Cook package of noodles in the wine broth. When the noodles are almost done add the warmed chicken to the mixture. Before serving add the bell pepper and paprika and cook for 5 minutes. Then add about 6 oz. of sour cream. Stir in and serve hot.
