3 pkgs Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild rice (cook per pkg instructions)
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped red peppers
2 c. sliced water chestnuts
5 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut into pieces
4 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c mayonnaise
3 pkg slivered almonds

Directions:

This recipe will make 2 9"x13" casserole dishes.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dishes. Top with slivered almonds. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
