1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 TB margarine or butter

Microwave until bubbly about 1 minute then ADD
1- 8oz. Softened cream cheese

Beat with mixer until smooth – put in fridge

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients and microwave until bubbly, then add cream cheese and mix well with electric mixer.

Place in fridge
Great with slices of apples
Do not heat this up and use as a hot caramel sauce!
