3/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Karo Syrup
1 Egg
2 t. Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1/4 t. Salt
1 pkg. White Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup Confetti Sprinkles or Rainbow Sprinkles

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°

2. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in corn syrup, egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour, baking soda and salt until well combined.

3. Stir in White Chocolate Chips and Sprinkles.

4. Drop dough by heaping T. on to cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

5. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1-2 minutes on pan and remove from pan to wire rack to cool.
