7 oz. Sweetened Coconut (shredded)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz.)
1 can Dulce De Leche (14 oz.)
2 cups Nilla Wafer Crumbs
16 oz. Chocolate Chips

Directions:
1. On a large baking sheet, spead coconut into a single layer. Bake in a 350° oven for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Be sure to flip the coconut every 5 minutes. Remove from oven.

2. In a glass bowl, add dulce de leche. Microwave for about 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Add coconut, milk and cookie crumbs. Stir until well combined.

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop 1 T. of mixture onto parchment paper. Repeat until all mixture is used. Place baking sheet in freezer for about 30 minutes.

4. Melt chocolate chips for in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted.

5. Dip bottom of each truffle in melted chocolate and return to parchment paper.

6. Once all truffles are dipped, put remaining chocolate in a small zip-lock bag. Snip off corner and drizzle over truffles. Store in Refrigerator or Freezer in air-tight container.
