1 package dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup hot water
1 tbsp vegetable oil



1 3/4 c milk ( warmed)
2 1/4 c flour (add salt to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in hot water; add oil, egg and flour. Mix well, cover and let stand for 20-40 minutes.



Add small amount of flour to yeast mixture, then small amount of milk; beat well: add more flour and milk, etc, beat util consistency of heavy cream. Cover with wax paper, lid and dish towel; keep warm. Let stand over night.
