Roasted, diced chicken (1/4 c per pepper)
Poblano peppers, roasted, peeled and cleaned of seeds, leave stems
Queso cheese (at least 4 oz per pepper)
Feta cheese, crumbled
Tomato, chopped
Avocado, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff peppers with chicken. Place in baking dish. Top with queso cheese. Heat through at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes. Top with feta, tomato, avocado. Serve with chips and salsa.
